Vision

The college aspires to get its graduates in various scientific disciplines to the highest degree of scientific and skill proficiency compatible with the required levels and standards in order to meet the local and national needs of professional and service institutions and achieve internationally required levels of accreditation and quality.

Mission

<p style="text-align:justify;">To graduate students who are qualified in leadership and creativeness in various fields of engineering and other fields. Also, to broadening the horizon of knowledge in engineering through original research, development and transfer of technology to serve local and regional needs and community service by providing cooperation with the industrial and governmental sector and engineering career service.</p>

Objectives

1. To support and improve the institutional capacity for the human element to have different roles in an integrated system of quality engineering professional services at the Faculty of Engineering.
2. To develop academic standards for educational programs to teach engineering sciences as compatible to the nature of Sudanese society and to meet the requirements of national standards for the engineering faculty to occupy a high-level leading position in the field of engineering science education.
3. To improve and develop education and learning systems by creating and maintaining an educational environment that is creative and improves the quality and efficiency of the teaching and learning process.
4. To improve the efficiency of scientific research and develop its resources so that the scientific research strategy is responsive to the needs of society, meets the highest standards of the world academic research and committed to the ethical values of scientific research in accordance with the identity of our cultural community.
5. To promote community participation, environmental development and the development of the college's own resources, with a permanent extrapolation of the needs of society and the efficient use of resources to maximize the return to advisory services and improve the quality of life style.
