    هدف هذا البحث الذي جاء تحت عنوان " إشكالات التزام الدول الإسلامية بقواعد القانون الدولي العام" إلي تنبيه الدول الإسلامية اِلي خطورة دخولها في هيئات ومعاهدات دولية يتعمد أطرافها مخالفة أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وما يترتب علي ذلك من التزامات تجد نفسها حيالها في حيرة وحرج شديدين ، إذ يتحتم عليها اختيار أحد أمرين أحلاهما مر .

الأول : أن تلتزم بتلك القواعد ضاربة بشرع الله تعالي عرض الحائط ، لتبوء بسخط الله تعالي ومقته.

والثاني : أن ترفض الالتزام بها لتعرض نفسها للجزاءات الدولية التي تنوء بحملها.

هذا ، وقد تناولت هذا البحث في ثلاثة مباحث مستخدما المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي ، وقد خلصت الي نتائج وتوصيات، أذكر هنا أَبرزها علي النحو الآتي:

أولا : النتائج :

1/ كثير من قواعد القانون الدولي التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة تخالف أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مخالفة صريحة وبينة .

2/ الذين وضعوا قواعد القانون الدولي العام قصدوا تبديل شرع الله تعالي بقواعد البشر ، لتكون هي المرجع في السلوك لا الشريعة :

ثانيا : التوصيات

1/ التحلي باليقظة والفطنة والبعد عن الغفلة ، والعمل علي إجهاض خطط المتربصين بالإسلام والمسلمين.

2/إنشاء كيان يجمع الدول الإسلامية لتحقيق جميع مصالحها الأخروية والدنيوية 

Abstract

  The objective of this research, which entitled "problems of the commitment of Islamic states to the rules of international public law" is to alert the Islamic states to the seriousness of their joining the bodies and international treaties that their parties deliberately violating the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the consequences are obligations causes a loss and embarrassment condition. So, they have to choose one of two bitter things, to obey those rules which are against the laws of God and to assume the indignation of Almighty God and abhorrence,
or to refuse to adhere and expose themselves to international sanctions.

 This research consists of three sections using inductive and analytical method. A number of findings and recommendations, most notably mention here as follows:

First: Results

1 / Many of the rules of international law recognized by the United Nations violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia a clear violation.

2 / Who set the rules of international public law intended to change the law of Almighty God by the rules of human beings, in order to be the reference for behavior instead of Islamic Sharia.

Second: Recommendations

1 / Exercise vigilance, discernment, Keep distance from inattention and work to  stop evil plans against Islam and Muslims.

2 / Create an entity combines Islamic countries to achieve their interests here and after.
