مستخلص البحث:

جاء هذا البحث بعنوان فقه الاقليات وبيان حقيقته حيث هدفت الدراسة الي بيان مفهوم الاقليات وأنواعهم وبيان موقفهم في المجتمع الاسلامي وتكمن مشكلة البحث في ماهية حقوق الاقليات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتعرف على واجباتهم اتجاه المجتمع الاسلامي والمنهج المتبع في كتابة البحث التحليلي والتاريخي الوثائقي

وتوصل الباحث الى أهم النتائج والتوصيات والتي تتمثل في :

1.  إن الأقليات في الشريعة الإسلامية لهم اهتمام في الدولة الإسلامية الأولى وعناية خاصة تأويهم .

2. إن مصطلح الأقليات  يعني الفئة القليلة في المجتمع من حيث الدين أو اللون أو الجنسية 3.  إن الأقليات  بأنواعهم ثبتت لهم حقوق  تحفظ كيانهم وإنسانيتهم في المجتمع

 أهم التوصيات :

1- يوصي الباحث فقهاء المسلمين في بقاع العالم الاهتمام ببيان مصطلح الأقليات  وتوضيح حقيقته .

2-  يوصي الباحث القائمين  على إدارة أمر المسلمين الاهتمام  بالأقليات  من حيث الدين أو الجنسية وغيرها من الفروق الأساسية  الأخرى .

Abstract

This research entitled the minorities jurisprudence and the explanation of its reality. The research aims at identifying the concept of minorities. Its types and its rights in the Islamic community. The problem of the study is represented in the meaning of the minorities and their political, economic and social rights in the Islamic community. To conduct the research, the researcher has followed the analytical, historical and documentary method to explain the minorities and their status in the Islamic community.

 The study has reached the following findings:

 -The term minorities means the small group in the society in terms of religion colour and nationality .

- The Islamic Sharia gave the minorities special concern in the first Islamic state .

 the most important recommendations:

- The researcher recommends the jurisprudents of muslims all over the world to concern with explaining the terms of minorities and its reality.

- The researcher also recommends those who have under- taken muslims affairs to give much concern with the minorities in terms of religion, nationality, political differences and others.
