The Deans’ Council of Colleges at Imam Al-Mahdi University discusses preparations for admitting new students

The Deans’ Council of Colleges at Imam Al-Mahdi University held a meeting this afternoon in the meeting hall, chaired by the University Director, Professor Mohammed Mahdi Bukhari, and attended by the University Vice-Chancellor, Dr Nour Al-Din Al-Tahir, the Secretary of Academic Affairs, Professor Yasser Awadallah, and the deans of the various colleges.
The meeting reviewed the academic, administrative, and technical arrangements required for the admission process, with an emphasis on creating a suitable university environment to ensure a smooth and well-organized start for newly admitted students. It also followed up on the readiness of the colleges and academic departments to receive the new student cohorts
The University Director emphasized the importance of coordinating efforts among the various colleges and administrative departments and of making early preparations to welcome new students. Such preparations, he noted, would contribute to facilitating admission and registration procedures and ensuring the provision of the required academic and administrative services
The meeting also addressed a number of issues related to the progress of the educational process and directed that coordination and follow-up continue to complete the arrangements for the new academic year, thereby strengthening the stability of the academic process.
