Required Documents:

• A copy of the National ID& Sudanese certificate.
• 4 passport photos.

Procedure:

1. Collect the registration and the health insurance forms from the deanship of Student Affairs.
2. Medical check-up. The fee that must be paid is (100 SDG).
3. Interview.
4. Submission of application forms to the deanship of Student Affairs.
5. Collect the payment permit letter from the Registrar.
6. Pay tuition fees at the bank.
7. Submit the fees payment receipt to the deanship of Student Affairs.
8. Go to the Fund Office to complete the hostel procedure after registration.
