مستخلص الورقة

   جاءت هذه الورقة بعنوان:  التغير الاجتماعي في السلطنة السنارية في الفترة من 1405 – 1821م وترجع مشكلة الورقة في معرفة العوامل التي أدت إلى التحولات الجوهرية في المجتمع السناري، وترجع أهمية الورقة إلى توضيح أثر الإسلام في المجتمع السناري. حيث أن الإسلام أسهم إسهاماً فاعلاً في تشكيل تراثنا الحضاري والاجتماعي، كما ترجع أهميتها في ضعف الكتابات في دراسة المجتمع السناري. وأتبعت الورقة المنهج التاريخي التحليلي الوثائقي.

   جاء هيكل الورقة مشتملاً على مقدمة ومحاور – محور التركيب الطبقي ومحور المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومحور العادات والتقاليد ومحور نظام الأسرة ومحور ملكية الأرض وهي من أهم المبادئ الإسلامية.  وتوصلت الورقة إلى عدة نتائج وهي:

1. الإسلام أحدث ثورة في المجتمع السناري بعد قيام السلطنة السنارية الذي أدى إلى ميلاد مجتمع جديد يحمل مفاهيم وقيم وأنماط جديدة للحياة.
2. تحول المجتمع السناري من مجتمع العبودية المطلقة إلى مجتمع موحد لدين الله.
3. الإنسان في السلطنة السنارية له مسؤولية اجتماعية تنبع من مبادئ الإسلام.
4. التحول الكبير في نظام الأسرة حيث الانتقال من نظام الأمومة إلى نظام الأبوة.
5. لعبت الطرق الصوفية دوراً كبيراً ومؤثراً في المجتمع السناري.

توصلت الورقة لتوصيات مهمة:

1. أوصت الباحثين بالمزيد من البحث والتنقيب في دراسة المجتمع السناري.
2. أوصت الورقة المهتمين بتاريخ الفونج بالعمل على جمع وتوثيق كلَّ الدراسات والبحوث في هذا المجال ونشرها حتى يطّلع عليها الجيل الجديد لمعرفة أصله وحضارته.

Social Change in Sennar Sultanate in the Period (1405-1821 A.D)

Abstract

This paper which is entitled “The Social Change in Sennari Sultanate in the period (1405-1821)”, aims at learning the factors that had led to the drastic transformation in the Sennari society. The significance of this paper emanates from the fact is that it reveals the impact of Islam on Sennari community where Islam has made effective contribution in the formation of our cultural and social heritage. This paper is also significant due to the lack of adequate studies on Sennari society. The paper has adopted the historical descriptive and documentary methods. The layout of the paper comprises an introduction and a number of axes including, class structure, social responsibility, customs and traditions, family system and land ownership. These points are the most important principles of Islam. The paper arrived the following are findings:

1 –Islam has made a revolution in Sennari society after the rise of Sinnari Sultanate which leads to birth of a new society based on concepts and values and new style of life.

2- The Sennari society was transformed from absolute slavery to a society that believed in the Oneness of Allah.

3-An individual  in Sultanate of Sennar had social responsibility stemming from principles of Islam.

4- The family system changed from matriarchal system to the patriarchal . 

6- Sufi sects  played an influential role in Sennari community.

The most important recommendations are the following:

1-Researchers should conduct more studies on Sennari society.

2- Those who are interested in Funj history should to collect all researches and studies on this area and document and publish them so as familiarize the new generations with their origins and civilization.
