   هدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على الاتجاهات النفسية للطلاب الأجانب بجامعة أفريقيا العالمية نحو اكتساب اللغة العربية لغة ثانية، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغ حجم العينة (200) طالب من الجنسين (100) طالب و (100) طالبة تم اختيارهم وفقاً للطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، استخدم الباحث مقياس الاتجاهات النفسية نحو اكتساب اللغة العربية لغة ثانية من إعداده، وبعد جمع البيانات تم إدخالها على الحاسب الآلي بواسطة برنامج الـ (spss) مستخدما اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة، واختبار (ت) للعينتين المستقلتين، اختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين الأحادي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعادلتي الفاكرو نباخ وسبيرمان براون، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث:  تتسم الاتجاهات النفسية للطلاب الأجانب نحو اكتساب اللغة العربية لغة ثانية بالارتفاع، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب الأجانب في الاتجاهات النفسية نحو اكتساب اللغة العربية لغة ثانية وفقاً لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب الأجانب في الاتجاهات النفسية نحو اكتساب اللغة العربية لغة ثانية وفقاً لمتغير العمر، وبناءً على نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث على بعض التوصيات.

Abstract:

   This research aims to identify the psychological attitudes of foreign students enrolled at the International University of Africa towards the acquisition of Arabic as a second language. The researcher has adopted the descriptive method. The sample consisted of (200) students of both sexes (100 males and 100 females) selected according to the stratified random sampling. The researcher has used a self-prepared attitude measurement method to find out students’ attitudes towards acquiring Arabic as a second language. The collected data has, then, been processed by the statistical package for social science (SPSS), using One-sample t-test formula, two-independent sample t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance F-Tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and the two formulae of alpha Cronbach and Spearman–Brown.

The most important findings of the research are:  The psychological attitudes of foreign students toward the acquisition of Arabic are a second language are positive; there are statistically significant differences in the psychological attitudes of foreign students towards acquiring Arabic as a second language in favor of females; and there are no statistically significant differences in the psychological attitudes of foreign students towards acquiring Arabic as a second language according to the age variable. The researcher put forward a number of recommendation depending on the findings.
