مستخلص الدراسة:

ركزت الدراسة على الإعلام الإذاعي الشرطي كجزء من منظومة الإعلام الأمني كإعلام متخصص يهتم بأمن وسلامة المجتمع، ونشر التوعية بمخاطر الجريمة من خلال التطبيق على (إذاعة ساهرون) كوسيلة إعلامية إذاعية متخصصة لها مزاياها وخصائصها التي جعلتها قادرة على نشر الثقافة الأمنية والتوعية بمخاطر الجريمة.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهمّ الإشكالات التي تواجه الإذاعات المتخصصة في طرح القضايا المتعلقة بالجريمة، وهدفت أيضاً إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير البرامج التي تهتمّ بالشأن الأمني في التوعية بمخاطر الجريمة ومستوى الوعى لدى المجتمع.

واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتقصي فاعلية الإذاعات المتخصصة في تعزيز نشر ثقافة الوعي المجتمعي من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التطبيقية على إذاعة ساهرون، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وتمّ تحليل الدراسة بالتحليل الإحصائي (SPSS).

وتضمنت عدد من المحاور منها: مفهوم الإذاعات المتخصصة ومحور يتناول الجريمة وطرق الوقاية منها.

ومن أهمّ نتائج هذه الدراسة المساهمة في تحقيق المشاركة المجتمعية، وانتشار بثَّ الإذاعة عبر ولايات السودان المختلفة، والصدق والموضوعية في طرح القضايا التي تهمّ المجتمع.

وأوصت هذه الدراسة بزيادة الميزانية المرصودة لإدارة الإذاعة، والعمل على تدريب الكوادر البشرية، وتعزيز التعاون والتكاتف بين المواطنين.

Abstract:

The study dealt with police radio broadcasts which is a part of the system of security broadcasts as a specialized media concerned with the security and safety of the society and the spread of awareness about crime risk with application on Sahiroon Radio as a specialized radio mass medium whose advantages and properties enable it to spread the security culture and awareness about crime risk.

 The aim of the study was to identify the most important problems faced by specialized radio stations in raising issues related to crime. It also aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the programs concerned with the security issues in raising awareness about crime risk and the level of awareness in the society.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach to investigate the effectiveness of specialized radio stations in promoting the dissemination of a culture of societal awareness through the applied field study on Sahiroon Radio. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the data analyzed is by the statistical programme SPSC.

 the study comprised a number of axes, including: the concept of specialized radio stations and crime prevention methods

 The most important findings of this study is its contribution to the achievement of community participation, the spread of radio transmission across the various states of Sudan, and the honesty and objectivity in raising issues of interest to the community.

 this study recommended increasing the budget allocated for the management of the radio station, training human cadres, and enhancing cooperation and solidarity among citizens.
