The National Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research has approved the Higher Diploma and Master’s programs at the College of Public Health and Environmental Health, after the college fulfilled the academic accreditation requirements and standards for academic programs. This accreditation comes within the framework of the university’s efforts to develop postgraduate programs and enhance the quality of education and scientific research, contributing to the preparation of qualified professionals in the fields of public health and environmental health who are capable of serving the community and keeping pace with scientific and professional developments.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Dafallah Abdelqader, expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to the university administration for its continuous support and follow-up. He praised the great efforts made by the academic, technical, and administrative committees that participated in preparing the accreditation files and following up the procedures until the final approval was issued.
He affirmed that the accreditation of the Higher Diploma and Master’s programs represents a qualitative addition to the college’s academic journey and a motivation for further excellence in the fields of education, research, and community service, in a way that strengthens the university’s position and role in supporting the health and development sectors in the country.
