Professor Mohamed Mahdi Bukhari, the Vice-Chancellor of University of El Imam El Mahdi observed the final internal medicine exam for Batch 23 of the Faculty of Medicine at the college hall in Kosti Educational Hospital. This took place in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Mohamed Haroun, with wide participation from faculty members, in addition to a large number of external examiners from the University of Khartoum, Bakht Al-Ruda University, and Sinnar University. The University Vice-Chancellor stated that the graduation of this batch under the current exceptional circumstances the country is experiencing is a testament to the efforts of all university staff, as well as the patience, perseverance, and strong determination of the students. He expressed his hope that this batch would represent a meaningful addition to the medical workforce in Sudan and thanked everyone for contributing to the academic stability of the university. Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Mohamed Haroun, stated that the total number of students in this batch is 139, and pointed out that the exam was conducted according to the planned schedule. He praised the performance level achieved by the students, based on feedback from the external examiners. He also extended his thanks to the examining professors, asking Allah Almighty to grant them success and guidance, and he encouraged the students to strive in their professional careers.
