3. Establishing distinguished researching and scientific relations with other universities and researches centers of the academic corporations locally and internationally in order to run co-researches and cooperation in all fields of knowledge.
4. To localize and nationalize the experimental researches by establishing research centers for transmission of technology.
5. To finance and support the creative and distinguished scientific researches of the teaching staff in all fields of knowledge.
6. Establishing smart partnerships with expatriates and adopt their scientific works in order to help them participate and contribute to their country development.
7. Caring for the Islamic heritage and highlighting the importance of the Islamic system and the contribution of the Islam to human civilization.
8.  Highlighting the scientific miraculous nature of the holy Quran and Sunna to prove the truth of our prophet’s message.
