The secretariat of Scientific Affairs supervises and coordinates the admission and registration of students in the university. It also includes the procedures of transferring to and from university, resignations, suspension of study, admission of students of affiliation, bridging students and acceptance of self-sponsored alimony. The secretariat prepares the annual academic calendar, certificates that are awarded to graduates, certificates of acknowledgement, enrolment and level details.
