The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of job rotation in developing the professional and academic performance of the primary school teachers. The researcher described the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, then the data was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) program, and the study reached several results, including: That the reality of job rotation among primary school teachers was achieved with a general arithmetic mean of (3.64), with a weak estimate, and that the importance of job rotation among primary school teachers was achieved with a general arithmetic average of (1.62), with a high estimate, and that the obstacles to job rotation among primary school teachers It was achieved with a general arithmetic average of (1.97), and with a high degree of appreciation. The study recommends the need to pay attention to job rotation because of its significant role in the process of raising the efficiency of teachers, and to define clear mechanisms and procedures for the job rotation process between teachers and workers in the educational field.
