This research aims to identify the role of electronic management practices in supporting administrative creativity and innovation within the context of digital transformation, using the Sudanese SPC as a case study. The research used a descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire as tool for primary data collection. The research sample consists of 115 administrative employees. The data were analyzed by SPSS software, employing statistical methods such arithmetic means, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The result revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between electronic management practices and managerial creativity and innovation. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a significant moderate impact on these practices on both creativity and innovation. The findings also indicated no statistically significant differences attributable to gender or educational qualifications, while partial differences were found based on years of experience and job title.
The study recommends strengthening electronic management practices, developing the technological infrastructure, and intensifying training programs to support digital transformation and foster creativity and innovation within the organization.
