Provides legal cooperation for the university labor and organizes courses and workshops for students who are examining the law profession management (equivalency), after creating links of communication between the university and the judicial authorities.

Mission

Objectives

1. Arbitration in civil, commercial and administrative disputes.
2. Participate in arbitrations within the university and assist the State Government in resolving certain issues.
3. Communication links between the university and the competent judicial authorities.
4. Organization of Arbitration courses sand conferences to determine what is advanced in the field of arbitration.
5. Communication links between the centre and the internal and international arbitration centers.
6. Provide the appropriate environment for institutional arbitration with a view to resolving disputes in a speedy ways and less cost.
7. Prepare renewable and integrated lists of arbitrators, experts and accredited foreigners.
8. Provide assistance and legal support to university professors, staff and employees.
9. Entrenching the evolving concepts of resolving banking, commercial and investment disputes.
10. Provide legal consultancy.
11. Interest in the electronic arbitration at the university and the state.
