The Computer Center is one of the fundamental pillars supporting digital transformation and institutional development within the university. The Center comprises several specialized departments that operate in continuous coordination and integration. Foremost among them is the Network Department, which is responsible for building and managing the university’s technical infrastructure and ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across all university facilities. The University Website Department also plays a vital role in providing an official digital platform that reflects the university’s identity and offers information and electronic services to students, faculty members, and the wider community. This contributes to greater transparency and facilitates access to information. Equally important are the university’s social media platforms, which enhance communication with the university community and the public, disseminate news and activities, promote a positive institutional image, and keep pace with developments in digital media. In addition, the Software Department develops systems and applications that support academic and administrative processes, contribute to the automation of procedures, improve service quality, and enhance institutional efficiency. The Computer Center leads the university’s digital transformation journey by accelerating processes, reducing effort and costs, increasing transparency, and improving the quality of services in both educational and administrative fields. However, the success of digital transformation does not depend solely on technology. It also requires building human capacities, promoting digital culture, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring equitable access to technology so that no one is left behind in this process of development.
