Educational institutions, including universities, are concerned with the existence of an entity for the reunion of graduates and interest in their affairs, in order to maintain communication between the graduates and university. The Department of Alumni Affairs at University of El-Imam Elmahdi is one of the departments supporting the management of the university, as it works to strengthen ties between the university and the graduates and the exchange of knowledge and experiences. Since Alumni Affairs Department is a recent administration compared to the date of establishment of the University and for the importance of this department, Professor Nor-Aldaiem Othman Mohamed issued a resolution on 1/3/2018; establishment of the Department of Alumni Affairs to support and lead programs and projects of graduates to contribute to community development and, hence, achieving goals.
