1. Supervising the formation of associations in accordance with the statutes for the administration of graduates
2. Inviting graduates to participate in activities organized by the University
3. Organizing the Alumni forums, choosing their subjects and arranging their agendas
4. Development of plans of activities of the Department on an annual basis in coordination with the competent authorities
5. Accounting, registration and classification of university graduates
6. Any other tasks assigned to it by the Director of Administration
