The centre seeks to be a pioneer and an appropriate space for the propagation of a culture of peace, the renunciation of conflicts and discord leading to the disintegration of society, and the creation of an appropriate research environment that contributes to the progress of nations and peoples.

Mission

<p>To provide distinctive educational and research services, particularly to the White Nile State and other states of Sudan in general, in tandem with the regional and international quality standards in the field of peace-distribution, conflict resolution and peaceful coexistence, ensuring the preparation and rehabilitation of youth and women cadres and providing the appropriate environment to achieve educational and research progress.</p>

Objectives

1. To conduct scientific research related to the different and renewable needs of society.
2. To emphasize on the issues of human and religious thoughts and values.
3. To improve the state environment and to qualify cadres who are capable of advancing their environment and assisting in resolving its issues related to conflicts.
4. To deal with citizens in rural and urban areas by understanding their problems and recognizing their knowledge and experience and working to solve the problems.
5. To entrench peaceful coexistence and reject racial intolerance.
6. To introduce internal and external dispute resolution methods.
7. To study the causes of conflict in the state and seek ways to resolve it.
8. To disseminate respect for, firstly, human rights through Shariaa law, then through human rights principles.
9. To promote scientific cooperation and smart partnerships with scientific and research institutions and civil society organizations of common interest in resolving different societal conflicts.
