In the framework of its educational mission towards society, the Faculty of Community Development at University of El Imam El Mahdi in collaboration with Melody Press organized two training courses in Al-Saraya buildings hall - Al Jazeera Aba. The first course was entitled “Teaching Methods and the Skills of an Excellent Teacher”. The targeted groups of this course are school teachers and graduates of Arts and Education colleges. The lecture was presented by Dr. Ibrahim Ramadan, Palestinian nationality who welcomed the attendees and assured that the teacher is the basement of the educational process. The lecture was highlighted by a great response, discussion and interventions with the audience.
The second training course was entitled “University Teaching and Education Technology” which targeted lecturers of universities and higher institutes. It was presented by Dr. Ibrahim Ramadan and Mr. Mohammed Saeed Hamed, who explained the importance of applying technology through using the smart whiteboard and PowerPoint. The lecture was sufficient and comprehensive in both theory and in practical aspects.
Dean of Community Development Faculty, Dr. Waleed Aboshora, in his speech, emphasized the role that the faculty has been playing towards the community in all social issues, mainly, the teacher and educational process development through continuous trainings and using technological methods in the educational process.
