Establishment & Development

The Human Development College was established in 2006. Six centers were then established and opened; Aljazeera, Alshawal, Guli, Alfashashoya, Alkunooz, Almiganis and Tandelty center. In this period the college is concerned more with the female category. Also, the college implements and organizes many community-oriented activities.

Vision

Releasing the latent potentialities with purpose of promoting community and achieving sustainable development.

Mission

The people’s participations represent an essential factor and real partner in the community development and then leading it towards advancement and stability.

Objectives

The faculty focuses all its attention on the woman section and that for her great and urgent role in preparation and development of young and to enable her to play this role fully and successfully for the common good of the community. The aims can be summarized in the following points:

Emphasizing the extreme importance of people participation
Devoting the available resources for the development of the local community.
Working hard to develop the rural areas.
Combating the bad customs and negative phenomena.
Making the children rights known to community individuals.
Fighting the religious extreme ideas.
Calling for dialogue and accepting of other’s ideas.
